Sarah L. Hernandez of Rockford, Illinois, has signed with the management agency, World Artists Corporation (WAC). WAC will provide management, publishing, marketing, promotion and other services for her work worldwide. Sarah was chosen to join the organization for her work as an author after responding to an open call by WAC.
